The day after we got home from Mexico, we took the kids to do the Fort Vancouver Kids Fun Run. It is just a run around the parking lot that all the kids can sign up to do after all the adults finish the half marathon.

Ethan was a little nervous at first.
Once we got his bib number on him, he warmed up to the idea.
Dave was so excited to see his kids get involved in something that he loves so much.
Trey and Eryn were there, and Cade was really getting into the spirit of things. Here he is warming himself up for his sprint. Gotta stretch those muscles!!!

They had a blast. We ended the morning with a little Jamba Juice for my athletes. They made their Daddy so proud and I think we can assume that there will lots more road races in their future.
